Upfront Pricing: We provide every self-pay and out-of-network patient with our rates prior to their first visit. This includes anyone utilizing our wellness, health, and fitness services.
Good Faith Estimates: We provide every patient paying out-of-pocket for clinical physical therapy services a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) prior to their first visit.
In-Network Transparency: As a courtesy, in-network patients may also request our contracted fee schedule at any time.
