That’s why PhysioWorks is a cashless practice. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards. Payment is due in full and processed on the day of your visit using the primary payment method on file.

• We provide every self-pay and out-of-network patient with our rates and a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) prior to their first visit. This includes anyone utilizing our wellness, health, and fitness services.

• As a courtesy, in-network patients may also request our contracted rates at any time.
