PhysioWorks Physical Therapy was born from a need to do something different. A need to get back to what truly matters - patients and patient care. Back to the days when doctors visited patients at their home.
PhysioWorks is a response to the over-corporatized clinics driven by profit-first and high productivity expectations. Expectations to see more, do more, with less time.
If you're looking for better patient care, we're looking for you. At PhysioWorks, we're always working together to get you better.
Brent believes that to meet a patient where they are, you must first know where they have been and where they are going. That’s what Brent learned from telling the story of individuals as a journalist with a Bachelor's of Science in Broadcast Journalism from Syracuse University, S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications. Today, he has a direct impact on the story being lived – helping patients to move, function, and thrive – with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Duke University, School of Medicine.
Physical Therapy is Brent’s second profession of service. His first as a U.S. Army Officer where he cultivated the ideals of "LDRSHIP"—Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Honor, Integrity, and Personal Courage. Ideals that remain the bedrock of his patient care today as a clinician and patient advocate.
Brent has served in nearly every facet of the physical therapy profession – from rural critical access hospitals to urban orthopedic clinics – he founded PhysioWorks to bring that experience and expertise directly to your home.
Brent was born in Columbus, OH and raised in Kansas City, MO. Brent’s hobbies include all-things technology, photography, and travel.
